Robert Kiyosaki, renowned author of the book Rich Dad Poor Dad, has made a bold prediction about the future value of Bitcoin (BTC).
Kiyosaki, known for his optimistic views on cryptocurrencies, anticipates that BTC will hit a value of $350,000 by August 25.
At present, Bitcoin is trading around $71,000, moving closer to its former peak of $73,000 set in March prior to the Bitcoin halving event in April.
This event decreased the circulating supply of Bitcoin, potentially setting it up for a substantial rally.
Price Predictions and Current Leadership
Kiyosaki made it clear in a recent social media post that his price prediction for BTC is just that – a prediction, not a guarantee.
However, he stands by his belief that Bitcoin, along with other cryptocurrencies like Ethereum (ETH) and Solana, will witness significant price increases.
Emphasizing that his prediction is speculative and an opinion, Kiyosaki acknowledged that his forecast might appear as “sucker’s bait”.
However, he stressed that any prediction about the future is inherently uncertain.
Kiyosaki’s confidence in the rise of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana is not rooted in an unwavering belief in the cryptocurrencies themselves.
Rather, it stems from his lack of faith in the current US leadership.
He sharply criticized President Biden, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, and Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, dubbing them as “the 3-Stooges”.
Investment Recommendations
In light of this, Kiyosaki has been increasing his holdings of Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Solana, and advises others to do the same.
He also recommends investing in gold and silver as a hedge against what he perceives as poor leadership and economic uncertainty.
This is not the first time that the Rich Dad Poor Dad author has made a bold prediction regarding the price of BTC and other cryptocurrencies.
Earlier this year, he predicted Bitcoin would reach around $100,000 by June.
However, the crypto asset is still far from reaching the $100,000 mark, with its current price hovering around $71,000.
Nonetheless, Kiyosaki’s prediction could still come true.
