Bitget has introduced the Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub: Semester 1, an educational initiative aimed at helping young learners explore blockchain as both a subject and a career path. The program is designed to provide structured guidance into the digital economy.
The Learning Hub expands on Bitget’s broader Blockchain4Youth initiative, which focuses on improving access to blockchain education worldwide. Previous activities have included the LALIGA Youth Tournament in Thailand, collaboration with the Google Developer Group on Campus, and the Web3 Young Learners’ Encyclopedia.
According to the company, these efforts have engaged more than 15,000 participants since launch, reflecting growing interest among students in identifying pathways into the Web3 sector.
Certification and Talent Network Access
Participants who complete the Learning Hub and pass its assessments receive a Certificate of Completion signed by Bitget’s Chief Marketing Officer, Ignacio Aguirre Franco. The certificate is intended to serve as formal recognition of Web3 competencies.
Certified learners gain access to the Blockchain4Youth Talent Alliance, which connects participants with industry networks and professional opportunities. The alliance is structured to provide priority visibility for roles and facilitate networking within the Web3 ecosystem.
Bitget has also partnered with Bondex, a Web3 professional network that operates web3.career, a job board focused on blockchain-related roles. The collaboration seeks to simplify entry into the Web3 job market by linking certified participants with hiring companies.
Bondex Co-Founder Ignacio Palomera said the initiative aims to address common barriers faced by newcomers, such as lack of credentials and professional networks. Bitget representatives stated that the Learning Hub is structured to provide clearer direction and practical recognition for young talent.
Broader Education and Ecosystem Strategy
The Blockchain4Youth Learning Hub is positioned as part of a longer-term effort to build infrastructure for blockchain education and workforce development. The company describes the initiative as a platform that supports learners from initial interest to active participation in the industry.
The B4Y Talent Alliance also invites recruiting organizations seeking access to emerging Web3 talent, with companies able to apply through [email protected].
