BlockInsider Crypto ETF Report: HBAR Breaks 10-Month Record
Bitcoin ETFs face mounting withdrawals as HBAR attracts record demand and Ethereum posts a rare inflow, signaling a shift in institutional sentiment.
Bitcoin ETFs face mounting withdrawals as HBAR attracts record demand and Ethereum posts a rare inflow, signaling a shift in institutional sentiment.

HBAR ETFs just recorded the highest single-day figure in nearly 10 months. The milestone arrived while Bitcoin, Solana, XRP, and BNB funds struggled with outflows or flat activity.
Spot ETF data across major assets this week shows investors turning selective rather than broadly bullish. Here is how each fund performed and what the numbers reveal about institutional appetite.
Bitcoin is stuck in a repeating pattern. Outflows recede with time, barely turn into inflows, then fall sharply back into the red.
Over the past week, Bitcoin ETFs recorded $1.06 billion in outflows. The Binance hack can, to an extent, be blamed for that selling pressure. Security shocks like this often push cautious investors toward the exit.

The pattern points to hesitation rather than conviction. Buyers return briefly, but confidence fades before any real trend can form.
Until outflows stop reappearing, Bitcoin ETFs are unlikely to offer the steady support the market wants.
Ethereum witnessed a starkly different week, though outflows still dominated. Only one day broke the negative streak, and it carried real weight. On November 4, ETH ETFs recorded $53 million in inflows. That was the largest single-day inflow in over a month and a half.

The figure does little for ETH's price on its own. Still, it instills a pinch of optimism among investors watching for a turnaround.
The challenge now is whether buyers can repeat it. Most days this week still closed in the red. The single positive session therefore stands out more for its size than its consistency.
Solana failed to show much of a shift from its bearish momentum. SOL ETFs recorded zero netflows since the beginning of the month.

Flat flows may look neutral on paper. In reality, they point to a much more concerning outcome, because fresh demand has dried up. Inflows typically signal growing conviction. Zero movement suggests investors are simply waiting on the sidelines for a clearer reason to buy.
XRP had a worse week, with XRP ETFs noting $529,510 in outflows. The amount is next to nothing on XRP's scale. Even so, it is worse than the zero netflows seen in SOL ETFs.

XRP is still awaiting institutional support to bounce back.
BNB emerged as yet another disappointment, recording nearly zero netflows over the past week. Over the last seven days, $271,010 flew out of BNB ETFs. That came after weeks of zero netflows.
Investor sentiment therefore turned from standing still to pulling money out, instead of moving toward inflows.

Moving from zero to negative may look minor in dollar terms. Directionally, however, it marks a change that traders will watch closely. HBAR became a surprising positive this week, as HBAR ETFs recorded $2.73 million in inflows. That is huge compared with most tokens on this list, which mostly saw zero netflows or outflows.

The $2.73 million was also the highest single-day inflow in nearly 10 months. It is a clear sign of positive investor interest. In a week defined by outflows and stagnation, HBAR stood apart from the pack.
Whether the momentum holds will become clearer in the coming sessions.
Taken together, the week's data paints a cautious market. Bitcoin leads the outflows, while most altcoins sit on the sidelines. For now, selective buying is replacing broad enthusiasm across the ETF landscape.
Ethereum and HBAR delivered the only meaningful positive signals. Both were single-day events, so follow-through remains the key test.
Investors will now watch whether November 4's ETH inflow and HBAR's record can spark wider participation across altcoin ETFs.
