Community Engagement and Industry Reflection

The initiative opened with Bitget’s Crypto Anti-Bias Pledge, encouraging the industry to examine underrepresentation and its implications for broader adoption.

More than 1,500 individuals shared commitments to challenge bias in their professional and personal environments.

Participants also highlighted the achievements of women in trading, engineering, entrepreneurship, and community leadership, with over 600 stories shared during the campaign.

Bitget CEO Gracy Chen contributed with a video message addressing online bias faced by women in leadership positions and discussed visibility and resilience in Web3.

Global Events and Ongoing Initiative

The campaign came to life through “Lady Forward” events organized in seven regions, gathering more than 500 participants for workshops, networking sessions, and discussions on leadership, finance, and technology.

Interactive installations invited attendees to symbolically challenge stereotypes, contributing to broader conversations about representation in the industry.

Additional activities, including panel discussions, street interviews, and mini-conferences, were held in collaboration with institutional partners and local Web3 communities.
