HYBOND is a tokenized bond fund issued by OpenEden Digital Limited, a Bermuda entity licensed by the Bermuda Monetary Authority under the Digital Asset Business Act. The token provides on-chain exposure to BNY Investments' Global Short-Dated High Yield Bond Fund, an actively managed portfolio of short-dated, higher-yielding corporate bonds.

HYBOND is issued as an ERC-20 token on Ethereum and BNB Chain, with each token tracking the underlying fund's daily net asset value. Eligible investors subscribe and redeem using USDC through OpenEden's application.
