Wowbit

WWB (Wowbit) is the token of the WOWOO ecosystem, operated by abc Inc., a company listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. The ecosystem records acts of goodwill - a merchant thanking a customer, a vow exchanged between two people, or a thank-you pinned at a verified physical location on THANKS Map - and burns WWB against each recorded act.

Supply is reduced by the act of giving rather than by a buyback, and no party receives the burned tokens. Every burn is metered by the BurnRouterV2 contract on Optimism, which emits a reason code identifying which kind of act triggered it. The record of what was burned and why is therefore public and can be re-counted directly from the chain by any third party.
