TokenInsight’s March 2026 Crypto Exchange Liquidity Report ranked Binance-listed competitor Bitget first in futures liquidity for Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH).
The report assessed exchanges on market depth and execution quality during a period of elevated volatility in digital asset markets.
Futures Liquidity and Execution Metrics
According to the findings, Bitget recorded the highest cumulative futures depth for Bitcoin and Ethereum at both the 0.05% and 0.1% market depth levels.
For $1 million sell orders in BTC futures, the exchange posted slippage of 0.014%, while similar ETH futures orders showed slippage of 0.025%.
The platform also reported the tightest bid-ask spread in BTC futures among the exchanges included in the survey.
A spokesperson for the exchange stated that liquidity quality and consistent execution are critical during periods of rapid market movement.
Spot Liquidity and Commodity-Linked Products
Beyond derivatives, Bitget ranked second globally in spot liquidity for Bitcoin and Ethereum, based on order book depth and slippage metrics for $500,000 and $1 million trades.
TokenInsight also placed the exchange among the leading venues for tokenized gold (XAU) and silver (XAG) futures, citing competitive depth and execution quality.
The report noted increasing trading activity across both digital assets and commodity-linked instruments, reflecting changing user behavior.
It also highlighted that deeper liquidity across multiple asset classes is becoming an important factor for institutions and active traders accessing global markets through integrated trading infrastructure.
